Accessibility Statement
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Our commitment
The Graybridge Data Company wants everyone to be able to use graybridgedata.com, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, screen magnification, or other assistive tools.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This covers our public website, the sign-in pages, the investor read pages and the signed-in dashboard.
The site partly meets this standard today. We test every change before it goes live, and we list below what still falls short and how to get the same information another way.
What we've done
Moving around the site
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Every page has its own title and a clear heading structure.
- The menu opens with Enter or Space and tells screen readers whether it's open.
- A visible focus outline on everything you can tab to.
- Wide tables can be scrolled with the keyboard.
Reading the content
- Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios, including badges, chart labels and pop-up messages.
- Links inside sentences are underlined, and links say where they go, including when they open a new tab.
- Color is never the only way we show meaning; icons and text carry it too.
- Images such as profile photos, flags and QR codes have text descriptions.
- The site works at 320 pixels wide and when zoomed, without scrolling sideways.
Charts
- Every chart has a text name screen readers can read.
- Every chart has a "Show the numbers" table with the same data.
- Chart legends say how to use them: "Tap or click a legend item to hide or show it."
Forms and messages
- Every form field has a label tied to it.
- Status messages are announced to screen readers.
- Pop-up messages stay on screen for 30 seconds.
Motion
- Animations are turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- The home page has no auto-typing or long fade-in effects.
How we test
- Every change runs through automated checks (pa11y and axe) against WCAG 2.1 AA, on 48 pages at desktop and phone widths, before it goes live.
- We also check pages by keyboard alone and at small screen widths.
What still falls short
| Area | The problem | How to get the same information |
|---|---|---|
| Chart legends | You can't reach the legend buttons that hide or show a line with a keyboard. | Use "Show the numbers" under each chart for every value, or email us. |
| Charts with a screen reader | We haven't yet tested every chart with a screen reader from start to finish. | Use "Show the numbers" under each chart, or email us. |
| Outside services | The security check at sign-in (hCaptcha), the call booking page (Calendly) and the payment page (Stripe) are run by other companies, and their accessibility is outside our control. | Email us and we'll book your call or help you sign in another way. |
| Printed and PDF material | Our mailed pieces and any PDF reports may not work well with a screen reader. | Email us and we'll send the same content as an accessible web page or plain text. |
Automated checks find only part of the problems people run into. If something is hard to use, please tell us.
Report a problem
If something on this site is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader or any other tool, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what went wrong.
We reply within 2 business days. If you need information from the site in another format, such as plain text or a call where we walk you through it, ask and we'll provide it.
We review this statement whenever we make major changes to the site, and at least once a year.
